So here it is!  We’re having an art contest!  The rules are simple… Draw any M.I.M.E.S. character (or characters) you’d like!  Scan them and email them to mimescomic@gmail.com or you can snail mail the originals to Wayne Cordova – 3069 Anderson Snow Rd, PMB #435, Spring Hill, FL 34609

The best one in each category will get printed in issue #2 when it gets printed!  Most entries will also make in on our blog!  When you submit your art, please note your name, and contact info, and let us know which category you are in.

The Categories:

• KIDS – 12 and under
• TEENS – 13 to 18
• J.V. – All unpublished artists (meaning your work has never been published anywhere.)
• VARSITY – All published and self published Artists (meaning you’ve been in stuff like books, webcomics, comics, etc.)

The deadline for artwork is Thursday, April 30th May 28th (Deadline Extended!)

We can’t wait to see what you’ve got for us!  And we look forward to seeing your submissions!!

The fine print: This contest is meant to be fun and entertaining, remember we’re an ALL-AGES book, no adult content will be accepted.  Publishing on the site will be at our discretion.  By submitting an entry for this contest you are releasing your artwork from any ownership or publication rights.  We reserve the right to print and publish all artwork for sale in future publication as we see fit.  Thank you!
